Why OSS Matters

Most rental companies can't legally do this.

Only approved Outside Services vendors may deliver, service, and retrieve RVs inside Black Rock City. Renting from a non-OSS company risks your unit being turned away at the gate. We deliver through the vendor gate, place your unit at your camp, level it, and handle retrieval after the Burn.

Your unit arrives leveled and staged at your camp address before you land on playa.

Limited Coverage on Playa

Stationary insurance is included but limited. Ultimately, the renter is responsible for the unit for the full event.

Year, make, model, condition, and photos. We'll evaluate the fit, inspect the unit, and talk through realistic earning potential for your specific RV.

2. Sign a clear agreement

A formal written consignment agreement spells out your payout, who's responsible for what, insurance requirements, and how your unit is protected — no handshake deals.

3. Get paid per rental

You set a minimum you must receive per booking. We market the unit, screen renters, and handle every rental — you receive a statement and payout for each one.
